You ever brush your teeth, and have it just always constantly bleed?
Well according to experts, it could be gingivitis. Tough word, but in simpler terms, inflammation of the gums.
Brushing and flossing won't fix the problem (as often as advised).
Here are 4 steps that will actually fix the problem.
#1 Clean-up your diet.
The biggest inflammatory agent is the stuff you consume. Instead, eat meat/eggs/seafood, vegetables, healthy fats (no seed oils), real whole fruit and limit grains.
#2 Reduce refined-sugar
This includes fruit juices. Try and cut it out of your diet if possible.
#3 Check your vitamin D levels
Vitamin D is important, get your levels checked. 30-100 ng/mL is considered "normal, if you are a 32 or 41, you're low, and you'd need to up the consumption. You need it to be at least 50, but optimally 70-80.
#4 Get rid of mouth washes
Mouth washes clean both good and bad bacteria. Best to do away with it completely.
