Exciting news for K-drama fans! The hit series Weak Hero Class 1 is officially arriving on Netflix March 25, 2025.
Based on a popular webtoon, the action-packed school drama follows Yeon Si Eun (played by Park Ji Hoon), a top student who may be physically weak but uses his intelligence to outsmart bullies.
With the help of his friends Ahn Su Ho (Choi Hyun Wook) and Bum Seok (Hong Kyung), he takes on the violence that plagues his school.
Originally released in 2022, the series gained critical acclaim and a strong following for its gripping storyline and intense performances.
But that’s not all… fans wont have to wait long for the highly anticipated sequel! Weak Hero Class 2 is also set to premiere in the second quarter of 2025.
This season will see Yeon Si Eun transfer to Eunjang High School, still haunted by the past and determined to protect those around him.
However, his new environment proves to be just as dangerous, pushing him into even more intense conflicts.
The sequel will introduce fresh faces, including Ryeoun, Choi Min Yeong, and Lee Min Jae, who will play Si Eun’s new allies.
Yoo Su Bin will reprise his role as Choi Hyo Man, and the show will introduce a new group of villains, led by Bae Na Ra. Plus, fans can look forward to a special appearance by Lee Jun Young.
