ICYMI: M'sian Rapper Namewee Posts His Obituary' On April Fools Day
A Somalian woman has complimented Malaysian ladies on their exquisite prayer gowns, which they wear while worshipping in mosques.
A woman going by the handle Sagal Ali posted a little video on TikTok under the username @yourtypicalcouple in which she showed off how excited she was to be wearing a prayer robe that is often worn by Muslim women in Malaysia.
She said that whenever Malaysian women pray, they dress elegantly for the occasion.
"One thing I've noticed about Malaysian ladies is that they always have the most exquisite prayer robes when they pray. I'm not only referring to those who cover their heads, since those people obviously need to have headscarves. I'm talking about a Malaysian sister wearing a perfect hijab, mashallah well covered, they will always have an extra prayer gown when it comes to praying," she stated.

Sagal mentioned that her daughter cherished donning the "telekung" prayer robes, which she had never seen offered by cultures outside of Malaysia at the mosque.
Recently, the video has received 923,000 views, and Malaysian internet users were taken aback to discover that their traditional custom of donning prayer garments was valued by outsiders.
@tiutsha tweeted, "The best feeling is when you fall asleep with telekung after Subuh prayer, it feels like someone is hugging you to sleep."
"I thought telekung was a worldwide thing until I went abroad!" added a another user, @lazymea.
