A video on social media platform X shows a woman lamenting how multiple vehicles double-parked in front of OKU parking spots, forcing her one-legged husband to wait under the scorching sun.
The woman in the video says that she went to Hospital Sultan Ismail Johor Bahru's handicapped parking space with her spouse.
"Just because these cars parked in front of the disabled parking spot and blocked other vehicles, look at my poor husband waiting here for so long.
We have to wait for a very long time since these vehicles are parked here without even having a handicapped sticker," she said.
The woman requested that someone be assigned by hospital security to keep the parking lot under control.
To avoid future hassles for the disabled community, she also advised the public to set aside accessible parking spaces for people who actually need them.
