Two men were injured after being struck by a Toyota Hilux and a Toyota Vios that were driven recklessly outside a club on Jalan Klang Lama last night (January 30).
According to Kosmo, the Brickfields District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood, confirmed that a report was lodged by a 24-year-old local man regarding the incident.
"The complainant witnessed two vehicles, a Toyota Hilux and a Toyota Vios, exiting a parking building before recklessly speeding in front of a club. The vehicles crashed into a group of people, leaving two individuals injured. One of the victims had to be rushed to the hospital for treatment," he said.
Authorities have yet to receive any police reports from the victims. However, an investigation has been launched under Section 307 of the Penal Code, which pertains to attempted murder.
"The case is still under investigation," Assistant Commissioner Ku Mashariman added.

Footage of the shocking incident has been making rounds on social media, showing the two vehicles recklessly plowing through a crowd outside the club. The video has sparked widespread concern among netizens, with many calling for strict action against the perpetrators.
