In a recent Facebook post, family members and friends of a man who tested positive for COVID-19 in Penang warned the public about how he wants to deliberately spread it to others.

After testing positive for COVID-19, this man shared his desire to make everyone else sick. He told them that he was going to purposely spread COVID-19 to others, including his family and friends. 

At first, his family thought that he was merely joking around. Who would anyone have the desire to do something so horrific like this? 

However, a few hours later, his family could not locate him anywhere and they began to worry that he went out to do exactly what he stated he wanted to do. 

As a way to warn the public, his concerned family quickly posted his photo on Facebook with a warning. The Facebook post went viral and was then spread all over Whatsapp as well. 

While you might feel like it is unfair that you tested positive for COVID-19, it is important to understand the severity of the situation as well. Follow the instructions given to you by the KKM.

If you start displaying symptoms, separate yourself from your family immediately. Use a room with an attached bathroom and ask you family members to wear a mask and gloves when touching anything that you’ve touched.  

While our ancestors fought an actual physical war, we fight a biological war. As a responsible human being, it is our duty to stay at home to avoid getting infected or infecting others. If tested positive, please follow the instructions given by the KKM.
