Sitting outside a building with large plastic bag full of snacks, user @siti_aishahhh shared how she approached the boy and began asking him questions.
She first asked him who did he come with to sell snacks, to which he replied his mum. After she questioned the boy even more, he revealed that his parents had left him there while they went to eat at a nearby restaurant.
"Mak tak bagi" the boy replied as Siti asked further on why did the boy not follow his parents to eat at the restaurant.
Enraged by this situation, Siti decided to take this story to social media, sharing how taken aback she is by the parents' irresponsible behaviour.
Before leaving the boy, she provided him with water and some snacks to which she said, he basically inhaled. Telling us just enough on how exhausted and drained the poor boy was.
Siti also asked the boy on how did he get to this location, the boy answered, "by car." So though the family is struggling, they seem to have the means to afford a car.
Malaysians are sharing Siti's disappointment and many are also commenting on how not every parent deserve to be parents.
Praying for the boy's safety and guidance, netizens are urging parents to take responsibility since they, themselves have chosen to bring a child into the world.
