The Malaysia Animal Association recently took to Instagram to appeal for help, and the reason will certainly make your blood boil.
The post, which showed a grinning man attempting to “put makeup” on cats’ faces by doodling with markers, has been branded remorseless.
As if that wasn’t enough, he had also wrapped one of the cats’ abdomens with tape.
Although the user has since deleted his TikTok account, MAA managed to get hold of the content, urging the public to provide info of his identity for further investigation.
His cruelty has sparked outrage, with netizens tagging PDRM in hopes of tracking him down and hopefully, put him behind bars.
