A woman has filed a complaint against Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital after discovering a tissue in her meal.
The incident reportedly happened on March 21, whereby she had ordered the cafeteria’s meal to break her fast.
She initially mistook the “chunk” as chicken buttermilk at first glance, but was later shocked to see remnants of a tissue.
Upon confrontation with the cafeteria’s employee, the individual simply responded “uncooked chicken meat”, which she then retaliated.
A refund was issued but the damage has been done. She has since raised the incident to KKM and the hospital’s management, hoping they’d quickly tackle the misconduct soon.
