1. Whole veggies

Effectively absorbed and used by our bodies. Spirulina is found in leafy greens and it has included protein, vitamin b12, vitamin A, and a natural chemical called PEA that able to boost brain flow! Veggies do contain “chlorophyll”, which can reduce inflammation. 


2. Drink water

Drink plenty of water helps us to avoid sugary drinks that can spike your insulin levels and can cause your skin to dry out. 


3. Antioxidants

Foods that rich in antioxidants can minimize the appearance of wrinkles and protecting the skin from future damage. Antioxidant-rich fruits included wild berries, strawberry, plums, oranges, and mangoes. 


After taking care of our eating habits, the next important thing would be to take care of our facial condition. Whenever we see acne on our faces, even after we take good care of our skin can cause frustration. This may be caused by our little habits, so here are 5 ways that make your acne worse. 


1. Tanning

Tanning process doesn’t help clear up acne, and it’s a dangerous practice that can lead to premature aging and cancer as well as temporarily camouflages acne breakouts and scars. This will create an endless and risky cycle for some acne sufferers.

2. Over-washing

Acne isn’t the result of being “dirty”. Excessive washing and scrubbing will make worse of the skin, making it look worse while throwing off its natural balance. This would lead to further breakouts.

3. Picking and squeezing

Touching your face will invite more bacteria to the affected areas while squeezing it will drive infectious material deeper into the skin. Worse, picking and squeezing can cause permanent scarring.

4. Excessive products

Using too many products won’t clear up acne faster, too much of the product use can cause excessive peeling, dryness, irritation, and redness.

5. Avoiding moisturizer & sunscreen

It’s a common issue among the acne-prone. Not using moisturizer especially during acne treatment will cause excessive dryness and increasing oil production.
