A 34-year-old man jumped from the 14th floor of his apartment building yesterday (Apr 25) night. The victim’s father believed that this might be due to the recurrence of depression in him as he was locked at home due to the Movement Control Order (MCO).
According to the devastated father, the victim used to suffer from depression, but had recover after taking medication and therapy.
The victim would usually go exercise every morning at a botanical garden.
He said the victim was emotionally unstable recently, and had attempted to kick him. The victim calmed down and went into his own room later.
But when the father went downstairs to move his car, he saw people gathered around looking at something. Shockingly, he found that to be his own son who had jumped to his death.
