We assume you've already finish watching what is of the hottest tv series on Netflix right now. We also assume that you are desperate for more. Well, what if I told you you can actually be in the "Squid Game"? (tbh, I will probably get eliminated quickly hahaha)
Pack your bags, because we're going to Korea (after the pandemic, of course). Netflix has transformed the entire Itaewon subway station into a "Squid Game" playground. To outsiders, this seems extremely vibrant and fun! But, the fans know better, it's our worst nightmare!
The playground is designed with bright colors, just as you'd expect, and is decorated with giant arcades and a fan favorite - the head spinning doll from "Red Light, Green Light".
Not only that, the entire experience is completed by actual, real life masked men. They do seem friendlier than in the show, though, as they would interact and pose with the fans! This resulted in some interesting photos.
There is also a huge capsule machine that allows you to win some memorabilia and toys. Don't worry, everyone's a winner here and nobody got eliminated (as far as we know)!
Where's the money, you ask? In the GIANT piggy bank that is located outside of the station, of course! This is what got everybody to bet on their lives in the first place, so there's no way Netflix is missing that out.
We don't know how long the subway station will stay this way, but I sure hope that I get to visit it once the pandemic is over. Speaking of, if you received an invitation, would you join the "Squid Game"?
