For a special needs student named Adam, his lifelong dream was to be able to run alongside his peers. Alas, he was forced to watch the enjoyment merely on the sidelines, as he’s wheelchair-bound in reality.
That was, until, Cikgu Fairus stepped into the picture, and gave him the ultimate sacrifice worth commemorating.
In a heartfelt video shared by the boy’s mother, Cikgu Fairus volunteered himself to push Adam during their school’s cross-country run- a promise that he fulfilled until the end of the line.
As Adam’s face lit up from the sheer happiness to be able to participate in such activity with his peers, Malaysians rallied around Cikgu Fairus‘s dedication.
His sincerity and kindness towards a special needs child has touched viewers, and we hope Cikgu Fairus will continue to inspire others to follow his example.
