What’s so beautiful about Malaysia is the multiculturalism aspect, whereby people of different races and religions co-exist in harmony.
And when it comes to festivities, everyone can be part of the celebration- from visiting neighbours and friends, to sampling the wondrous kuih raya served.
The tradition inclusivity is wholesome, just like these neighbours’ interaction where one item can be exchanged for another- win-win for both parties!
In the video, the Malay man graciously handed out firecrackers to his Indian neighbours, in exchange for a container full of murukku, and we certainly can’t get over the former’s drive-through part.
