In addition, Dr Kailu Hafez, the founder and chairman of MedTweetMY, suggested that the business owner can request the customers to show their identity cards so that they can cross-check with the IC number on the vaccination certificate to ensure that the customer is not using someone else’s vaccination certificate.

Arisman, a doctor at a clinic in Shah Alam, also reminded the business owner to check the vaccination certificate presented by the customer to make sure that the customer presented the genuine certificate using the My Sejahtera mobile app. He also reminded the business owner not to accept the screenshot of the vaccination certificate.
