ICYMI: 2 Years In A Row! Good Vibes Festival Has Been Cancelled Due To The King's Coronation
A man and a woman drove to a "dark place" and were discovered by the police for suspected adultery. The driver actually backed up his car and rammed the police car, trying to take the opportunity to escape. However, not only did they fail to escape, they were arrested and detained by the police.
According to Sin Chew Daily, the incident happened at 9:45 pm on June 28, 2024 at Jalan Sg Tuang, Kuala Sg Baru, Alor Gajah, Malacca.
Polis Alor Gajah recently posted a post on Facebook to share this case.
The Alor Gajah police district chief pointed out that when a patrol car from the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Division (BPJKK) of the police district was patrolling at the above location, it discovered a suspicious Ford Ranger parked in a dimly lit and quiet area with a man and a woman in the car.
The patrolling police officer then parked his car behind the Ford Ranger and turned on the signal lights, but the driver refused to cooperate and tried to back out and flee the scene, ramming the police car, causing the passenger door of the police car to be flattened and unable to open, and the mirror to be broken.
However, the two men and women were eventually detained.
The police said that the two suspects were from Masjid Tanah, the woman was 25 years old and the man was 44 years old. Preliminary investigation showed that the two had no criminal record and the urine test was negative.
The police will investigate the case under Section 186 of the Penal Code (obstructing a public servant in the execution of his duty).
