When you feel like making an Italian dessert, the creamy panna cotta is definitely the choice. It’s not only easy to make, but can also be prepared in advance in case you are having guests. And the smooth and melt-in-your-mouth texture is just wonderful.
Ready for a panna cotta today?
Ingredients:
Condensed milk - 100g
Cocoa powder (sugar free) - 40g
Butter - 40g
Corn starch - 40g
Fresh milk - 500ml
Chocolate - 40g
Directions:
1. In a bowl, sift in corn starch. Stir in fresh milk and condensed milk, then set over high heat. Keep stirring to prevent the bottom from getting burnt.
2. Turn to medium heat when it boils, and stir until thicken.
3. Add in butter and chocolate and stir until completely dissolve.
4. Let the pudding cool down, then pour it into different cups and refrigerate.
5. Beat whipped cream and condensed milk until frothy and top the cream over the chocolate pudding of each cup.
