Only true horror films fan would admit this: nothing will ever defeat the level of terror that Asian horror films are famous for. The latest Asian horror film to hit the cinema, The Medium has so far gotten many positive reviews, and it is reported so scary that a few cinemas in Hong Kong and Taiwan had to conduct a lights-on version!

1. Shutter

3. The Victim

Synopsis: Based on an actual crime case investigated by the Thai police force, The victim depicts the story of an actress who works with the police to re-enact crime scenes. However, she'd soon find out that she's being followed by an actual spirit who demands that she finds her murderer.
4. Art of the Devil 2
Release Date: December 1, 2005
Synopsis: It all begins when six childhood friends come home for their semester break and for some reason, secrets after secrets begin to unearth that force them to confront their dark past.
5. The Sisters
Release Date: 2004
Synopsis: Teen musicians from Bangkok find themselves in a murderous situation when they are forced to solve the murder of a prostitute in order to save their own lives.
