Tapioca cake could be one of the best go-to snacks that has a classic taste. Its soft and moist texture can always melt one’s heart. So today, let’s learn how to make a tapioca cake!
Ingredients:
Grated tapioca - 5 cups
Granulated sugar - 1 cup
Egg - 2
Corn oil - 4 spoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coconut milk - 2 cups
Yellow food coloring
Directions:
1. Blend eggs, coconut milk, sugar, salt and oil until smooth
2. Pour the mixture into the grated tapioca
3. Add the food coloring
4. Mix thoroughly
5. Coat your cake mold with butter and pour the batter into it
5. Cook the batter
6. When the tapioca is cool, cut the tapioca and serve
