Today, the cost of living has undeniably increased, putting a strain on certain individuals. People are employing various methods to ensure their monthly expenses are met. Recently, a woman shared a practice she follows every time she refills her car's petrol tank once a week, enabling her vehicle to function smoothly throughout the week.
She begins with 'Bismillahirrahmanirrahim' (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful). Previously, she came across a post about 'Allah Ya Muqit' (Allah, the Provider of Sufficiency). So, she shared that every time she refills her car with petrol, she silently recites Surah Al-Insyirah (once). Then, as she presses the petrol nozzle, she repeatedly says 'Allahumma Ya Muqit, Ya Muqit, Ya Muqit' as much as possible.
Continuing, she added, "While praying in my heart 'O Allah, suffice this petrol for me to use for a week.' After practising this for several months, her car can function throughout the week with just one weekly refill. Every Tuesday, she refills her Perodua Viva's full tank with 25 litres."
"Give it a try, everyone. If it works, share it with me."
However, several netizens pointed out that it's understandable for her to save petrol for a week since she's driving a Perodua Viva, but this method may not apply to others with larger CC cars, especially those who commute long distances for work. Nonetheless, many others expressed gratitude for her sharing.
