Some claimed the man was suffering from mental health issues, and the accident is currently still under investigation for possible emergency brake failures. Below is the footage of the accident recorded from two different angles:
Prior to the fatal accident, a woman on Facebook Izzaty Hazwaniey claimed he approached their shop and started beating her brother, who was asleep at the time; with a helmet for no apparent reason. After the beating, the man hurriedly fleed the scene, hitting other passersby as a result.
