One of the franchises branches in Wuxi, China actually washes customers hairs after theyre done with their meals so that they dont smell.

The restaurant is currently pilot-testing this service, but its of course only available to those who have accumulated enough loyalty points (Lao coins) from spending there.

200 Lao coins which is equivalent to 200 yuan (RM130.80) can be redeemed for a 20-minute hair wash.

Based on viral pictures by netizens, the restaurant is complete with massage shampoo chairs, mirror tables, hair dryers, hair care essential oils and a salonist on standby.

The service was priorly available at more than one branch, but was halted due to Covid-19. It is slowly being relaunched to see customer feedback. 

Besides a hair wash, HDL is also famously known for offering unconventional services like a free manifure and free leather shoe cleaning.
