She speaks Malay better than some of us!
A young woman from China, known on TikTok as @latifahhuang (and yes, apparently that's her real name!), has recently captured the attention of netizens with an intriguing discovery.
In one of her viral videos, Latifah reveals that there is a town in Quanzhou, located in the Fujian province of China, that remarkably resembles Malaysia and other Southeast Asian (SEA) countries.
According to Latifah, the town is almost like a perfect replica of Malaysia, complete with local Malaysian food and traditional attire.
She explains in fluent Malay that many Chinese nationals who have traveled to SEA countries brought back the cultures with them and chose to incorporate these customs into their daily lives.
