As the coronavirus kills hundreds of thousands of lives daily, many of us can’t wait until the day a vaccine or cure is successfully made. However, there are also others who take the initiative to ‘find’ the treatment themselves.
Two men in India — a pharmacist and his boss — have reportedly drunk their self-made chemical concoction on Saturday (May 9) in their effort to find a treatment for coronavirus, but it turned out to be a tragedy as the concoction killed the pharmacist and left his boss hospitalized, reports Sin Chew Daily.
The treatment was said to be a mix of nitric oxide and sodium nitrate.

The 47-year-old pharmacist, K Sivanesan, died on the spot, while his employer, Rajkumar was taken to the hospital and is recovering, said local police chief Ashok Kumar.
According to Kumar, Sivanesan developed the concoction after conducting research on the internet. He bought the chemicals from a local market.
