Ingredients:
Potatoes, broccoli, eggs, flour, milk, salad dressing, black pepper, salt
1. Steam the potatoes and mash them.
2. Add in boiled eggs and mix it well.
3. Add in finely chopped broccoli and continue to stir.
4. Season with salad dressing, salt, and black pepper, put aside.
5. In another bowl, mix 2 spoons of flour and 2 eggs and fry the mixture into omelet.

# Taro Mash Meat Floss Egg Roll
Ingredients:
Taro, egg, flour, milk, pork floss

# Taro Egg Toast
Ingredients:
Taro, purple sweet potato, whole wheat toast, milk, egg
1. Steam the taro and purple sweet potato, then mash them together.
2. Pour in some milk to smoothen the texture, leave aside.
3. Remove the crusts from the toasts.
4. Press down the middle of the toast and fill with mashed taro and sweet potato mix.
5. Cover with another slice of toast.
6. Dip both sides into beaten egg then fry until golden brown to enjoy!
# Baked Oats with Banana and Taro Mash
Ingredients:
Banana, oatmeal, taro, purple sweet potato, egg, milk, cranberry
1. Mash the bananas and mix with oatmeal.
2. Flatten the mixture and let it sit for a while.
3. Add in mashed taro or purple sweet potato. (optional)
4. Add in 1 egg and mix evenly.
5. Sprinkle with cranberries, bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
# Whole Wheat Egg Pancakes
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour, eggs, sesame seeds
1. Mix 1 egg with 60g of whole wheat flour and some water and stir into paste.
2. Add some oil to a pan and spread the paste to make a flatbread.
3. When one side is cooked, turn over, add in 1 egg and spread evenly.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds then cover the pan.
5. Simmer on small heat until eggs are frothy to enjoy!
