1. Sleep On Your Stomach

Many girls are accustomed to sleeping on their stomach. Although it is a relaxed and comfortable sleeping position, it will loosen the breast and result in sagging breasts.


2. Wear A Bra When Sleeping

Many girls still have questions about whether to wear a bust or not while sleeping. In fact, long term wearing a bust can cause sagging of the breast, hinder the blood circulation in the breasts, and slow down the body's detoxification process.

3. Eat Excessive Sweet Foods

5. Smoking

A study in the United States pointed out that the chemicals inside cigarettes can destroy collagen, which indirectly causes the breasts to lose elasticity. The study also pointed out that women who smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for 9 consecutive years had a 59% higher chance of getting breast cancer!
