A woman who got hitched through an arranged marriage, had an entire life-change.
Sharing her story, she said that before she got married, she had build a good livelihood teaching Quran classes at mosques and schools as well as running an online business, plus doing dropshipping.
Her dedication paid off, and soon she purchased a second-hand car with cash.
Unfortunately, she then met her husband through matchmaking, and her life took a rather challenging turn.
Before their wedding, her mother-in-law eagerly welcomed her, and the couple was then blessed with twin daughters.
Then the pitfalls arrived, starting with her husband forbidding her from working, due to him being embarrassed, but at the same time, refusing to provide financial support.
"I only eat what's at home", she said.
When her babies were born, things got worse. It would take her two weeks to get milk and diapers, because her husband's excuse would always be 'no money'.
"My breast milk isn't enough, so I ended up buying everything myself", she said.
She tried to understand his struggles, but soon discovered his receipts of expensive meals, while she only lived on rice and vegetables.
As of recent, she asked for money again for diapers, and his expression changed. The next day though, she saw him with a new iPhone, while the diapers she asked for still remained unbought.
On top of that, their relationship has worsened. He ignores the kids, spends all his time with his friends, and gets angry with her during conversations.
Despite attempting to seek help from authorities and her mother-in-law, she is stuck relying on her sibling for support.
