A 36-year-old man sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle collision involving seven vehicles at KM14.4 of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) northbound, along the Subang to Damansara route, earlier tonight.
The Selangor Fire and Rescue Department operations assistant director, Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar, confirmed that the department received an emergency call regarding the incident at 8.56 pm.
In response, a team of ten firefighters from the Damansara Fire and Rescue station was dispatched to the scene to provide assistance.
"The accident involved seven vehicles, including a Proton X70, Proton Saga, Toyota Camry, Mazda, Perodua Axia, and two Toyota Hilux," Ahmad Mukhlis stated in a press release.
The injured victim, who was trapped in the Toyota Camry, was successfully rescued by the firefighters. He was later handed over to the Health Ministry's medical team for further treatment.
