As she eagerly awaited her meal, the netizen excitedly ordered a plate of mushrooms to complement her hot pot experience. However, when the plate arrived, she was left dumbfounded and utterly speechless. Can you guess why? 

Well, that's because the netizen's plate of mushrooms was nothing short of astonishing just a measly five tiny pieces, all ruthlessly cut in half. The netizen couldn't contain her disbelief and took to social media to share her mind-blowing experience. 

The post quickly gained traction, sparking lively discussions among netizens who couldn't help but chime in. Some couldn't help but mock the outrageous price tag attached to the meagre serving of mushrooms. I mean, who knew mushrooms could be so pricey?

According to reports, the incident occurred at a hot pot restaurant in Selangor. Netizens who had visited the establishment praised its pleasant ambience, delicious soup base, and overall service. 

However, they couldn't help but express their disappointment at the minuscule portion size, especially given the hefty price tag of RM8.50 for a handful of mushrooms.

"It's fine if they skimp on the meat, but charging RM8.50 for a plate of mushrooms with only five slices, halved and unevenly cut? Seriously?" quipped one netizen.
