The act of trying to cheat the food delivery system for free meals has been exposed by a dedicated rider in a recent incident. It all started when an abang rider on duty confronted a customer from Puchong for her deceptive actions.
The customer's scheme involved placing orders and cancelling them just before their arrival, while still collecting the free food. Investigations uncovered that this was not an isolated incident, as the customer had previously cancelled two other orders to obtain free meals.
The customer's deliberate cancellations and subsequent collection of the food clearly indicate a pattern of deception that extends well beyond a single occurrence. It has been discovered that the customer has been cancelling orders multiple times a day, highlighting the extent of this fraudulent activity.
This deceptive behaviour has reportedly been ongoing since last year, and it is noteworthy that the customer resides in the prestigious Skypod Residences in Puchong.

During the confrontation, the rider warned the customer about the potential repercussions of her actions, highlighting the risk of him losing his job. Despite her claim that it was her first offence, he made it clear that he was prepared to make an official police report if she continued with this deceitful behaviour.
Ultimately, after realizing the seriousness of the situation, the customer agreed that this would be the last time such an incident would occur.
Many criticized the customer for her actions while commending the rider for maintaining his composure during the confrontation. Some comments urged the rider to file a police report to prevent further instances of being deceived. However, there is currently no update regarding whether the rider has proceeded with filing a report against the customer.
While it remains unknown how many "free" meals the customer has obtained through this scheme, it is hoped that she will not repeat such dishonest behaviour in the future.
