SHOCKING: "Do Your Research First!" Alif Satar Holds Concert In UK Church, Some M'sians Triggered...But Wait, It’s Not What You Think

Alif Satar has recently come under public scrutiny, not for his usual religious programs, but for his concert with The Locos group held in a church. On April 28th, Alif Satar & The Locos performed at St Johns, Hyde Park, London, as part of their United Kingdom tour, fully sponsored by GB Gold.

A Facebook user, posted a criticism of Alif Satar's actions, accusing him of disrespecting religion. "After attending the Fajr prayer program at the mosque, he continued attending events like a disco at the church," he remarked.

His statement ignited a wave of criticism from netizens who visited his Facebook page. While some condemned Alif's actions, others questioned his production team's decision to use a church as the concert venue.

However, Zaidan Zainuddin intervened to address the criticism of Alif Satar & The Locos' concert in the church. On his Instagram, Zaidan highlighted that people often react hastily without conducting proper research.

"Our people are quick to react to issues like Alif holding a concert in the church. Do you know that the church where the event was held is actually a community centre/event space that can be rented out?" he clarified.

Initially surprised by the choice of venue, Zaidan's perspective shifted after learning that the church served as an event space without religious symbols. He defended Alif's decision, emphasizing that someone who initiated programs like Fajr Like Friday wouldn't make an ignorant choice about a controversial venue.

"When I arrived, I was surprised about the venue choice, but upon realizing it's an event space without religious symbols, my understanding changed," he stated.

Zaidan questioned narrow-minded perspectives about mosque and church access, advocating for inclusivity. "Why do we have a narrow-minded perspective that non-Muslims cannot enter mosques or Muslims cannot enter churches?" he pondered. "As I've said before, Alif wouldn't make ignorant decisions about choosing performance locations," he concluded.
