A recent Facebook post revealed the lengths to which a Malaysian girl is prepared to go in order to satisfy her appetite, regardless of her health.
The mala tang restaurant at Sutera Mall in Johor Bahru is the source of the social media post.
The post features a picture of a female at the Cuan Yue Mala Tang restaurant selecting the components for her mala tang while wearing a grey hoodie. A woman in a black outfit stands next to her, observing the other girl select her ingredients.
The woman in the black dress is hanging onto the IV drip, and what makes the photo stand out is that the woman in the grey hoodie looks to be still receiving a transfusion.
"Thank you for your love for the restaurant. Even with an IV drip, you came to eat the restaurant's mala tang. We wish you good health and a speedy recovery," the restaurant wrote.
