In a shocking incident caught on CCTV, a man was seen engaging in indecent behavior outside a woman's home in Tanjung Tokong, Penang, early on the morning of October 20. The footage, shared in a local Facebook group, 槟城吹水站, shows the man acting suspiciously as he lingered near a corridor. After ensuring no one was around, he proceeded to take a bra from a drying rack located just behind the door grill.
The man was then seen sniffing the bra while pleasuring himself, even going as far as unzipping his pants. After his act, he returned the bra to its hanger and left the scene.
The incident, which occurred at around 6:45 am, has caused concern among residents, especially women living in the area. The footage was shared by a Facebook user in the group to raise awareness and encourage vigilance.
Police have since been alerted to the situation. Superintendent Lee Swee Sake, Acting Northeast District Police Chief, confirmed that the victim, a 31-year-old woman, reported the incident to the authorities after reviewing her home's CCTV footage. She discovered the man's inappropriate actions and promptly informed the police around 1:11 pm that same day.
Authorities are currently investigating the case and are working to identify and apprehend the suspect. Residents are urged to remain cautious and report any suspicious behavior in the area.
