A Mixue outlet in Klang was recently targeted by thieves, whereby they had managed to flee with the store’s cash register and three handphones belonging to the customers.
The robbery, which was captured on CCTV, showed the masked suspects wielding baseball bats. One of them was seen aggresively yelling at the customers and workers as he forced them to make way into the kitchen.
At one point, he even shoved one of the customer’s sons, and she attempted to rescue the boy but was pushed to the floor. Amidst the struggle, the thief was able to extort their handphones as part of the loot.
While chaos ensued at the back, the other thief hurriedly took the cash register, and the duo fled the crime scene moments later.
Enraged netizens have called out the brazen act for not only causing damages and property loss, but also inflicting trauma on innocent lives.
