Umrah pilgrims who just returned from Mecca was seen yelling at Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin in the face.
The reason? An incredibly long wait upon arriving at KLIA.
In the 34-second TikTok video below, a few disgruntled people can be seen ranting to Khairy regarding the poor SOPs.
Apparently, the Ministry of Health was supposed to install digital tracking devices for the pilgrims. However, they ended up waiting for over 5 hours, only to lose their patience in the end.
Authorities should have done a better job at implementing these SOPs.
