Twitter user @elrynnaa's recent encounter with a thief was anything but strange. Recalling the incident on Feb. 16, her bag was snatched in broad daylight along the bustling SS15- only for it to be RETURNED mere minutes later, by the thief himself!

Surprisingly, all her belongings were in fact INTACT- save the minor scratches she endured. The thief's puzzling action left @elrynnaa dumbfounded, but netizens quickly pointed out that he may have only wanted cash and nothing else. The thief has yet to be apprehended.
The incident wasn't a first in the area as it's known for rampant thievery, even during broad daylight.
