Whether we take the time to realize it or not, there are just some things we unknowingly do which can bring about some pretty negative consequences.
For one, the small practices which indirectly corrodes our brain. We came across the 8 habits which should be minimized, in order to ensure brain health, and here they are.
1. Staying too much in the dark
2. Consuming too much negative news
3. Isolating yourself socially
4. Blasting headphones on full volume
5. Practicing poor sleeping habits
6. Barely moving physically throughout the day
7. Having too much screen time
8. Consuming too much sugar
Habits are defined as practices we unknowingly do because we're so used to it. However, there are certain of them (like the above for instance) that can in fact deteriorate mental health, and thus should be avoided at all costs.
