Despite having no prior knowledge of the culinary world, his passion and determination led him to learn the art of cake making at renowned international and local cake artistry and culinary centres worldwide, including the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu.

During his time in Malaysia, Zulkiflee's cakes became highly sought-after, gracing the tables of esteemed individuals such as the Agong, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, and even Tun Dr Mahathir.

His creations, infused with his own unique touch, gained recognition for their exquisite design and creativity, particularly in the realm of wedding cakes and desserts.

Additionally, he proudly represented Malaysia in an international cake competition in the UK, where he received the Merit award in the Sugar Flower Category.

Breaking barriers and making a name for himself in the international baking scene is no easy feat, but Zulkiflee's determination knows no bounds.

In April, he achieved a significant milestone in his career by opening his very own Banker2Baker branch in London, catering to cake enthusiasts in the city.

The central kitchen exclusively produces cakes for distribution to various cafes in the South London area, specifically in Croydon.

Zulkiflee's talent and dedication were further showcased at the esteemed National Wedding Show 2023 in London.

Despite embarking on his baking journey later in life, Zulkiflee has undeniably left an indelible mark on the industry, both locally and internationally.

His story serves as an inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs and creatives, demonstrating that it's never too late to pursue one's passion and achieve remarkable success.
