Ingredients:
• 135 grams or 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• Half a teaspoon of baking powder
• 76 grams or 1/3 cups of unsalted butter
• 90 grams or 1/3 cups of granulated sugar
• 80 grams or 1/3 cups of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
• 70 grams or 1/2 white chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 204 °C
2. Whisk flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
3. If you're using frozen blueberries, thaw them in a microwave or a stovetop.
4. Mix butter and sugar until it gets fluffy with an electric mixer.
5. Pour blueberries into the mixer while it's in high speed.
6. Then add the dry ingredients (flour and white chocolate chips) in.
7. Keep the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes before balling them up on the cookie tray.
8. Bake the cookie at 204 °C for 15 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
