We are deeply moved and inspired by the grace and compassion shown by His Majesty, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, and Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, who have not only etched themselves into the hearts of all Malaysians but have also exemplified the kindness and love that royalty can extend to their people. 

As their tenure as the King and Queen of Malaysia comes to a close, they leave behind a legacy of benevolence and gratitude.

During the State Banquet ceremony marking the conclusion of their reign, His Majesty was visibly emotional as he expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the people for embracing him and the Queen as the nation's monarchs. 

His Majesty humbly acknowledged the inevitability of endings, stating, "Naturally, everything that begins must end, and every meeting must have a parting. Therefore, the time has come for me and Raja Permaisuri Agong to step down."

In his Royal Address, Al-Sultan Abdullah shared a mix of emotions, expressing a bittersweetness as he prepares to return to Pahang, knowing that he had served with utmost dedication and sincerity. 

The response from netizens was overwhelming, with some hailing His Majesty as the best Agong yet, while others sent heartfelt well-wishes to the royal couple.

His Majesty also took a poignant moment to express his gratitude to Tunku Azizah, acknowledging her unwavering support over their 38-year journey together. 

He likened her dedication to that of Khadijah, who steadfastly stood by the Prophet Muhammad, and thanked her for being a source of encouragement and inspiration throughout his reign.
