While you might thing it is uncommon, there are many among us who have parents that have been separated from them since a young age, some even since birth. It may be because those days people didn't really have smartphone to stay in contact all the time, so maybe some moved away and eventually lost contact with the family members who were left behind. 

Growing up with a parent that you know nothing about except that they lost contact with you can be very hard. You have many questions and you always wonder what life would have been with them in it. 

You only have old photos of them to look and try and remember them by, so part of you life's purpose would be finding them. 

Recently, a Twitter user with the username @cintadatsme who grew up with the memory and photos of a father who was lost to her decided to get the help of netizens to find her long lost dad. 

She posted some photos of him on Twitter asking people if anyone knows him. She stated that he might look a little older now and that she just wanted to try her luck at finding him. 

She even added that he was last seen at Taman Kosas Ampang and he is a Filipino Sabahan whose name could be Junior Liew. 

Of course, Malaysians who are family oriented people were desperate for them to reunite and many netizens retweeted the tweet spreading it all over online to help her find her father. 

Just a few hours later, she posted another Tweet telling all the kind people who shared her tweet that guess what?! SHE FOUND HER FATHER! 

The first tweet looking for him was posted on  the 20th of February 2022 at 9:11pm and the second tweet informing that she found for father was posted on the 21st of February 2022 at 10:42 am. Wow Twitter works so fast. 

In the second tweet, she shared screenshots of her video call with him and even said that she is now saving money to buy flight tickets to Sabah to meet him. 

After a Twitter user who was so happy for her asked if she could share her story, she shared the tweet from another Twitter user saying that they might know him and stated that she saw the tweet and DMed the person before continuing the conversation on WhatsApp. 

Oh, what a journey! Is is like a roller coaster of emotions, first I was sad that she  got separated for him and also hoping that she would find him and within hours I find out that she found him! 

Wow, if you never realized how amazing the internet truly, this is a true moment of realization for you!
