A hip dip is mostly bone structure, and a small part fat distribution. As normal as they are though, we unfortunately don't find happiness from having one. There is no way in getting rid of them completely, unless one chooses to do a reconstructive surgery.
However, you can alter the shape of your glutes to make it more rounder as compared to it being more square, which would then inherently lessen the appearance hip dips.
