Are you a fan of coffee and cake? Let’s try and make your own Tiramisu then!
Ingredients:
Mascarpone Cheese
Double cream
Baileys
Espresso
Caster Sugar
LadyFinger biscuit
Cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Blend Mascarpone Cheese and Double Cream with castor sugar separately until frothy
2. Combine the two blended mixture and stir evenly
3. Soak LadyFinger biscuit with Espresso and Baileys for 3-5 minutes so that it absorbs the flavour of coffee and liquor
4. Fill the bottom of a container with the biscuits, and cover it with a layer of Mascarpone-Double cream mixture. Repeat the step
5. Chill the tiramisu in a refrigerator for 7-8 hours
6. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder
