The founder of the cafe, Soon (@soonporter), said in an interview with the Sin Chew Daily Johor community newspaper that the closure of the business was a decision that took a long time to consider. The decision has been made due to personal reasons, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which will bring a lot of uncertainties.

The cafe was opened in 2017 at TEAM Furniture Gallery. The cafe gets crowded all the time no matter during weekdays or weekends. They are famous for Melbourne inspired brunch and garden oasis design.

They received many compliments and positive reviews from their customer in their service and food.

However, people can still show support to the founder for his another amazing cafe, ROUTINE by Soon as it will remain open. He mentioned that they are still serving everyone the "BEST ever Brunch & Dinner" with ROUTINE by Soon in Johor Bahru Town!
