Malaysians love their paratha! And, one TikTok creator, Jingwen from Penang has shared a tasty recipe with just 2-ingredients: frozen paratha and banana.

It makes delicious, bite-sized snack in less than 15 minutes. Who's up for some delish banana paratha. 

How to make: 

1) Lay a paratha sheet down & place a peeled banana on the edge. 
2) Roll the paratha over the banana. 
3) Tuck the ends in and slice the roll into bite-sized pieces. 

4) Optional: Coat the pieces in egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. 

5) Bake the pieces in an oven for 10 minutes at 175ºC & enjoy when they're done. Alternatively, you may air-fry the pieces until golden brown.
