Malaysia Wins its First Medal at the Olympics 2020!

Re-meeting world #2 Indonesia's Setiawan and Ahsan in the Olympics 2020, Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik successfully earns a bronze for the nation!

Concluding the Men's singles in 52 minutes, with scores of 21-17, 17-21, 21-14 the pair had met with Indonesian players Hendra Setiawan and Mohammad Ahsan earlier on in the Olympics (in a group game), and unfortunately lost.

However, after gathering enough points and met them again to compete for a bronze, the Malaysian duo flipped the tables, and beat both world #1 in the quarter-finals, and world #2 currently.

An amazing win for the pair and for the country, despite not having a world ranking, these legendary athletes did indeed kick it right out of the park.
