Hugh Jackman isn't messing around when it comes to prepping for his Wolverine comeback. The Australian star recently shared his vigorous fitness and diet plan that'll help him attain the character's ripped physique.
In an Instagram post, Jackman offers fans a glimpse of his tailored meal selection- all of which totaled to around 6,000 calories a day! The meals were also labelled with their respective calorie counts.
During an interview on Who's Talking To Chris Wallace (HBO Max), he opened up that the whole bulking and training process will take him six months.
"I've learned you can't rush it. I've learned that it takes time. So, we have six months from when I finish [Broadways The Music Man] to when I started filming. And I'm not doing any other work. I'm going to be with my family and train. That's going to be my job for six months."
The 54-year-old actor's iconic role has been long-awaited, considering how he's putting on the mantle opposite Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool). The movie is set to drop on November 8, 2024.
