Once a firefighter, always a firefighter. Indeed, the woman Huang Xun Yi who was a firefighter saved a boy's life on the highway.
Huang is doing office work in the Chiayi County Fire Bureau in Taiwan. A few days ago, she encountered a car accident on the highway (National Freeway 3) and saw a boy "flew out" from the car and lied in the middle of the road.
She stopped her car immediately and got out of the car to do her responsibility. She performed CPR to the boy who was thrown from the car. She did not think much as she was taking the boy as her own child.

In order to take care of her two kids, she applied to change to office work instead of doing a firefighter. However, it does not stop her 'firefighter soul' when she is in need.
On May 9, Huang Xunyi and her kids were in a friend's car but saw a horrible accident in front of them. She saw two cars roll in front of them and scatter items across the highway. According to Taiwan News, she said
"It's hard to believe — it was like a scene from the movies playing out right before my eyes,”
"Thrown from one of the cars, a boy, face covered in blood, motionless in the middle of the road," she saw.
Huang got out of the car immediately to check on the situation of the boy and started her rescue action. She comforted the boy's family to stay calm and told them that she is a firefighter and asked them to believe her. She performed CPR on the unconscious boy.
After several times of chest compressions, the boy woke up. Huang realized she was injured later as she kneeled down on the road to save his life. The boy's father called to thanks her for saving his kid's life.
