Of course the way to becoming a millionaire isn't as easy, however there are certain habits that can be worked on in order to get one step closer. 

Real estate and stock millionaire Cori Arnold shared a few tips on how to win better at life with only a few steps in the right direction.

1. Read

You're more prone to being successful from picking up a book and reading. 


2. Write down your goals

It is better planned and better visualized.

3. Get up early

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. 


4. Sleep

You need at least 7 hours to become a millionaire. 


5. Exercise

Slide in a good workout in everyday.

6. No Bad Debts

Interest expense is a waste. 


7. Invest

Retirement or non-retirement appreciating assets. 


8. Multiple streams of income

Dividends, paycheck from 9-5, rental income from real estate, royalties, capital gains from selling assets, profits from owned businesses, interest in savings, CDs, bonds.

9. Take risks

You have to be brave enough to fail to succeed.
