- A translucent pink/nude/tan base coat
- Cellophane tape
- White nail polish
- Topcoat
How to do:
1- Apply one coat of base nail polish & let it dry.
2- Cut out a strip of cellophane tape & cover your nails. Only leave the tips exposed.
